Enhancing your brand.
What does real customer service mean? At Mont Blanc, we believe it goes further than simply greeting each customer interaction with enthusiasm and responsiveness. To us, serving the customer means organizing our business to create tangible benefits that add value to our services—and strength to your brand. Among the benefits you’ll enjoy when working with Mont Blanc:
Case Study 1
A popular western United States coffee chain asked Mont Blanc to re-create the taste of a mocha syrup it had been using for many years. Mont Blanc did as asked—but also presented several variations with very different chocolate profiles. The coffee chain was surprised at its test results because customers preferred the newer taste profile. The coffee chain agreed to use the new chocolate flavor, and it quickly outsold the original flavor.
A focus on solutions—not just products
Mont Blanc begins each project with a product brief that outlines what the customer needs. Because Mont Blanc does not have its own production plants, our R&D team is not limited by the capabilities of a specific plant. That means we’re completely free to create the combination of products and packages that work best for you.
Case Study 2
One customer asked for customized mint chocolate syrup to test in new concept stores within 10 weeks. Mont Blanc was able to meet their timeline, delivering 100 cases of the flavor for test marketing. After a successful test, large-volume production was initiated for a chain wide rollout.
Small production runs, scalable to large volume
Our alliances with manufacturers allow Mont Blanc to cost-effectively create small runs to test-market new products and concepts, and then ramp up production for a system wide launch.
Case Study 3:
A national coffee and doughnut chain wanted to showcase its coffee program and asked Mont Blanc to come up with a solution. Mont Blanc took its roasted coffee beans and had them chocolate-coated and packaged so the chain could use them as a giveaway to encourage customers to sample its coffee in a nontraditional way.
Manufacturing flexibility allows “out-of-the-box” thinking
Because we work with so many different manufacturing companies, we’re not locked into a single type of product. As a result, we can deliver unusual solutions to our customers. In short: If it can be made, Mont Blanc can make it.
